      Step 1: Allow 2-Step Verification in Google Admin Console (For Admins)
      • Sign in to Google Admin Console with a super administrator account.
      • Go to Menu > Security > Authentication > 2-Step Verification.
      • Check the "Allow users to turn on 2-Step Verification" box.
      • Under Enforcement, select Off to let users enable 2SV manually.
      • Click Save.

    • Step 2: Enable 2-Step Verification in Your Gmail Account (For Users)
      • Open Gmail and go to Manage Your Google Account.

    • Click Configure or Add Another
    • Click Use existing or create a new one.
    • Choose Create new list , enter a name for list > Click Create
    • Move cursor to created list and click on Edit > Add +
    • Enter Email addresses or domains you want to block
    • Click Save.
  • How many video meeting participants are allowed in Google Workspace Business Starter?

    100 participants are allowed in video meetings in Google Workspace Business Starter, if you want more participants you have to upgrade the services.
